Title: Insurance Licensing and Project Coordinator

  • Basic Function:
    Provide oversight and administration for new agent/broker licensing process; monitor and support commissions accounting process and payments

    Specific Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities and documentation regarding new accounts
  • Complete and document background checks on new agents and brokers
  • Track and verify accuracy of associated documentation with new agent application and account setup
  • Provide updates to agent candidates on status of their application
  • Administer agent commission process using our accounting system
  • Respond to overflow inquiries regarding our new life insurance products
  • Interact efficiently (oral and written) with a wide range of individuals include agents and internal management

  • Education and Experience:
  • Minimum BA in business or equivalent education and experience
  • 4+ years experience in life insurance industry in an administrative, accounting or legal capacity

    Must be legally eligible for work in USA and CA.
    No relocation - Must be Orange County Resident.
