Basic Function:
Provide oversight and administration for new agent/broker licensing process; monitor and support commissions accounting process and payments
Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities and documentation regarding new accounts
Complete and document background checks on new agents and brokers
Track and verify accuracy of associated documentation with new agent application and account setup
Provide updates to agent candidates on status of their application
Administer agent commission process using our accounting system
Respond to overflow inquiries regarding our new life insurance products
Interact efficiently (oral and written) with a wide range of individuals include agents and internal management

Education and Experience:
Minimum BA in business or equivalent education and experience
4+ years experience in life insurance industry in an administrative, accounting or legal capacity

Must be legally eligible for work in USA and CA.
